Note that Riverside City College (RCC) was founded on March 13, 1916. Zodiac mailed a letter to the Los Angeles
Times on March 13, 1971. The letter took credit for the murder of Cheri Jo Bates.
Also, at the time Bates was murdered the president of RCC was R.H. Bradshaw.
