March 16, 2006 Wilma Shepard REDDING -- A celebration of life for Wilma Dolores Shepard, 82, of Redding will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Whitmore. Pastor Ernest West of the church will officiate. Burial will be at St. Helena Cemetery. Mrs. Shepard died Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Ravenwood Residence Care in Redding. Born July 7, 1923, in Merced, she moved to Shasta County in 1993 from Loma Linda. She was an administrative secretary for the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Washington, D.C., and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Whitmore. Survivors include husband Robert; daughters Kathleen O'Bannon of Sacramento and Carolyn Gottfried of Redding; brother Byron Eller of Loma Linda; and four grandchildren.
